Pancakes with julienne in cream sauce
Hello! Today I made baked pancakes with delicious chicken-mushroom filling. I recommend to anyone!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    60 g

  • Flour

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

  • Broth

    50 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    40 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cream cheese

    100 g

Bake pancakes on your favorite recipe. For this recipe we need 10 pancakes

So, start cooking julienne. Peel the onion, chop finely and fry in vegetable oil until Golden color

To the onions add the sliced mushrooms. Fry until cooked mushrooms
