Duck legs with spicy grapes
Continue to experiment with Zepter pots. I often prepare dishes from a duck. And since I cook homemade ducks, we have to put out quite a long time to get tender meat. Today I cooked duck legs with spicy grapes. Cooked without oil and salt. The journey was quick, tasty and healthy.

Ingredients

  • Duck

    400 g

  • Black pepper

  • Grapes

    200 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Legs wash, dry. Season with pepper. Zepter casserole cover, put on medium heat. When the arrow of the controller will reach the middle of the green field on the Dry scale-you can start to prepare. In a saucepan put the legs skin-side down. Well flatten with a fork. Fry for 2 minutes.

The grapes are taken into small sprigs, pour honey, sprinkle with spices. Then remove the legs. In a saucepan put the grapes and fry 30 seconds on one side then 30 seconds on the other side.

The grapes lay on a plate, in a saucepan put the legs, cover the saucepan with a lid, reduce the heat to low and cook the legs for 20 minutes. To keep the arrow of the controller does not go beyond the green fields.

Then remove the cover, put the grapes to the duck, cover, remove from heat and leave for another 10 minutes.
