In one of the magazines Gastronom chef Dmitry Shurshakov wrote that "Turkey necks braised in the oven for a long period of time is the most flavorful and tender meat that you can imagine". Seeing such a neck in the store, I could not resist and decided to take a chance and try some of them to prepare. Recipe found on the Internet. It's actually very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Turkey

  • Leeks

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    15 piece

  • Allspice

    4 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt
