Cooking

step-0
Prepare the beans. I use beans from the "Mistral" PINTO red mottled. Soak for 4 hrs, then boil for 1.5 h. does Not salted.
step-1
Green beans put in the pan to stew for 5 minutes ( do not defrost beforehand ), then add chopped onion, oil and fry. It will take 5 - 7 minutes. Connect the two beans, salt, season with ground black pepper + Bay leaf.
step-2
To cook the fish. For some time very fond of us trout from salmon. Moderately thick, the acceptable size is from 0.4 to 2 kg.. And very tasty. So, washed, gills removed, cut off the fins, clean the scales is not necessary - it is not there ( maybe hence the name).
step-3
Then cut the fish from the top, from head to mid tail, but do not cut through the belly. Remove the bone skeleton and viscera, to make it better with scissors. Salt the fish inside and out.
step-4
A baking sheet covered with foil in 3-4 layers, leaving the sides with foil for the subsequent vystroeny roll. Foil and fish oil with vegetable oil. Put the fish, stuff with beans. The remaining stuffing "drop" next to the fish, spread around. For stuffing to put ruleno parsley, melted butter, cherry. Cherry pre-prick with toothpick.
step-5
Close tightly with foil on top and put in oven, bake 1 hour at 180 degrees. When serving, remove the top foil sheet, decorate with berries cranberries and currants ( if possible and optional).
