Skewers of beef liver
It's time to barbecue. Make them out of different meat, different marinated and fried. I propose that no ordinary kebab recipe. A kebab from a liver of a chicken or Turkey is no surprise, the dish is quite popular. And You have the recipe for skewers of beef liver. It's unexpected and surprisingly delicious! The proportions in the recipe is rather arbitrary, given just for reference, based on one serving. It all depends on the appetites of the company, the kebab're not prepared and not eaten alone.

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    100 g

  • Fat

    80 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

The liver is cut into cubes with sides of about 3-4 cm, the fat is cut into rectangles twice thinner. Fat should not have cold streaks, it is fundamentally! Onions cut into rings or half rings. Liver and bacon, mix with onion, salt, pepper, leave for an hour. Strung on a skewer alternately the liver and bacon, as tightly as possible to each other. Fat should be at the edges.

Roast on the grill until tender, turning constantly. Do not overdo it, the liver is prepared quickly.

Serve on fresh lettuce leaves with vegetables and boiled potatoes. Bon appetit in nature!
