Fried cakes
When you really want the pies, but there's no time to mess with yeast dough, helps out here's a quick and simple recipe. The filling in the pies can be any. Cakes "Bombs" excellent taste! They come out very juicy and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

Prepare the STUFFING. Boil the buckwheat in salted water according to instructions.

Clean and cut finely the onions and garlic, fry until Golden brown.
