Offer to cook shortbread dough on the basis of sunflower oil with olive TM "IDEAL" (base of the cake taste is not inferior to the dough with butter). For the filling, cut the bacon strips (part of whole slices aside for decoration). 4 apples peel and cut into small dice. Onion finely chopped, leek - half-rings.
On a small amount of vegetable oil to fry the onions until Browning, then add the bacon and fry for 3-5 minutes. Add apples and sauté 3 minutes. In the end, add the leeks and saute a few minutes.
Make "roses" out of apples and deferred bacon. For this 3 Apple cut into thin slices (peel to remove!), arrange on a plate and warm it in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until soft. On half a slice of bacon to put 3 Apple slices and fold rolls.
To fill the eggs, whisk to mix with cream, add grated cheese (1/4 part to postpone cheese).

Bake the pie at 180 degrees for about 40 minutes before hardening of the filling (if the edges and "roses" too brown - cover the top with foil).
