Bread with oat and rice flakes
What could be better for Breakfast than homemade bread... flavorful, crispy, fresh bread!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Rice flakes

    30 g

  • Water

    320 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

To combine oatmeal and rice cereal TM Mistral.

Fill them with boiling water and leave to cool.

Then add the flour and knead the dough. The dough will remain sticky. To put it in a warm place and allow to rise.
