Cooking
Salmon to clear, release from the bones, cut into portions 200-250 g per serving. In a bowl pour water, dissolve it in salt and sugar and put in salmon for 20 minutes.
Zucchini peel, cut into slices and fry in butter until soft, slightly prisalivaya on each side.
Bulgarian pepper clear from the stalk and cut into cubes. Also fry in butter until soft, slightly prisalivaya.
Half lemon cut into thin slices and peel (clear is optional, but, in my opinion, we'll get rid of the excess bitterness that is present in lemon)
Begin to collect our dish. Prepare 4 sheets of parchment or foil (parchment is preferable because the foil is torn, but we have foil). Spread a layer of zucchini on each sheet.
And a couple of slices of lemon.
Wrap all in foil or parchment, like candy.
To spread our candy on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 C.
While the salmon bakes, prepare the hollandaise sauce. Separate the yolk from the protein (protein will not be needed).
Beat the yolk with a small amount of water.
Melt 50 g butter in the microwave. Add to the yolks and again beat gently.
A little salt, add chopped dill (optional). From half of a lemon squeeze the juice and add to the sauce.
After 20 minutes we take out our fish from the oven. Served in foil, watering hollandaise sauce.
