Burgers of salmon and quinoa
A perfectly healthy food - salmon, quinoa, broccoli and greens - Omega 3 and complete protein, it is very simple to cook. Delicious, light and yet hearty dish, and garnish the salad with grapefruit and mustard sauce.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

    350 g

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Pesto

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Quinoa

    150 g

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

Cooking

To fall asleep the washed quinoa in a saucepan, pour 300 ml of cold water, bring to boil and cook under a cover on slow heat for 15-20 minutes, until quinoa has absorbed all of the water to cool

200 gr of salmon in a blender along with broccoli, quinoa, egg, salt, pepper and pesto

The remaining salmon cut into small dice and add to stuffing, mix

Fry the burgers on a greased with olive oil and grill pan on both sides for 5 minutes

2 tbsp olive oil beat the vinegar, salt and pepper, add the mustard and stir. Serve the burgers on lettuce leaves with grapefruit that cover with the sauce.
