Salmon with spicy sauce and rice garnish
The idea of this recipe so I peeked in cooking shows British writer Nigella's Lawson. You can, of course, to confuse the abundance of sauces and additives that are not everywhere available. And yet I propose You the recipe of this juicy spicy fish with rice garnish.

Ingredients

  • Salmon

  • Cilantro

  • Sake

    50 ml

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the rice bags bubble Mix from "Mistral". Put in boiling water and cook for 30 minutes on low heat.

While cooking the rice, take the salmon, I have a silver salmon, cut into steaks. You can take just portions.

Marinade for fish. Add sake or vodka, chilli oil or any aromatic oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard or wasabi.

Well mix the salmon with the marinade and set for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Pour sake in a saucepan, bring to a boil to evaporate the alcohol. The extra degree will go, but the flavor will remain in the sauce.

Add the soy and fish sauce. And, as seasoning, a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Stir sauce and lightly ovarium.
