Cooking
Rinse meat in cold water and cut into small pieces.
Heat a deep pan, add half the vegetable oil and butter. Liberally sprinkle salt and black pepper. Fry the meat under a lid, stirring regularly.
Pumpkin cleaned and cut into large cubes.
Heat the pan with vegetable oil and fry the pumpkin until soft with the lid closed.
Meanwhile, make the sauce. Clean the onions and cut in any form. Low-fat sour cream sent to the pan the pumpkin, add a piece of butter, sprinkle with salt and stir. Throw in the Bay leaf, pour the water, add the onions and leave to stew under a lid.
Prepare a bunch of parsley and cilantro, cut off the stems and coarsely chop. Check with a knife to the softness of the pumpkin. Add the greens to the pan, cover with a lid and bring to readiness for another 10 minutes.
Then put in the pan tomatoes (if the tomatoes are small, then chop them) and then cover with a lid for three minutes.
Combine the sauce with the meat, stir and leave to simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Spread on a dish. Finely cut the coriander and decorate with greens dish. Bon appetit!
