The spinach egg Kurdish
It nezateylevaya, but a very interesting dish I learned from my mother in law, for which she was very grateful. Easy to make, but with a rich flavor. Goes well as a separate dish. It is served with ayran, it is yogurt.

Ingredients

Separately chop the tough stems (1-1. 5 cm) and leaves (not finely).
