Pasta with wild rice and vegetables
A riot of colors and tastes - that is what carries this dish. Help yourself - delicious, hearty and moderately spicy!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Wild rice

    0.5 cup

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Greens

  • Coriander

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Boil the rice according to instructions. We will need a half-Cup.

Then boil the pasta in salted water.

Vegetables (pepper and carrots) cut into cubes and

fry in vegetable oil

Pour water, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Put the sauce and tomato paste and simmer for another 3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic, greens, salt to taste, pepper, coriander

and cooked rice.

Mix well.

Add the pasta and
