This option is the stew I was cooking in the Italian style. But why not to experiment? I like the options of mixing the meat, a long braising ensures tender juicy pieces of mixed flavors! Cooking
Meat and sausage portioned cut.
Onions cut into half rings, chili pepper and celery finely. Fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan together with the crushed skins of the garlic.
Put meat on top of the sausage. Gently mix so everything is well roasted.
Pour in the white wine, allow to boil.
In the broth to dilute two tablespoons of tomato paste. Add enough so the liquid covers all the meat. Cover and simmer two hours on low heat.
For half an hour before end of cooking add the juice of half a lemon. Sprinkle with your favorite herbs for a bright flavor! The finished dish is served according to your desire, rice, mashed potatoes, polenta or noodles. Insanely delicious dish with bright, rich flavor!
