I often cook lamb, this time I tried to cook with orange sauce. We really liked it.

Cooking
1. Mutton wash, dry. In a Cup mix the soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, cut into slices garlic, pepper and coriander. Marinated meat, cover and put into the refrigerator overnight. Then the meat is removed from marinade, place in a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 180C. Cook meat until Golden brown.
2. Onion cut into half rings, with orange to remove the zest, then peel and cut into slices. In skillet, heat oil, fry onion until transparent, add the orange zest, lemon juice, sugar. Simmer on low heat for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat.
3. Remove the pan from the oven, sprinkle with orange sauce. Cover the form with foil and cook until the meat is tender. The time depends on the quality and value of the pieces of meat.
