Mousse of eggplant with red beans
Healthy, delicious and easy to prepare dish does not require a large number of products and time. Included the ingredients are very beneficial to the body each.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Cherry tomatoes

Beans pour cold water and leave at least 4 hours, better to do it at night. Beans use TM "Mistral" Kidney (dark red).

Then boil the beans in water in a ratio of 1:5 for 10 minutes on high heat, and then 1, 5 - 2 hours on the fire below average. Drain and wash in warm water.
