Ingredients

  • Flour

    800 g

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    425 ml

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Sift the flour on the table slide and make a hole in the middle. The edges of the slides, sprinkle salt and sugar. In deepening pour the yeast water and gently knead the dough. When the dough becomes elastic and smooth, it needs to cover and allow to rise for 1-2,5 hours (the dough will rise in two times). From ready-made dough, to make cakes or braid. Write in the form and let it rise another 10 minutes. Bake in a hot oven.
