Leg of lamb in the sauna
Was at my disposal, lamb thigh! Studying through a bunch of recipe all over the Internet and on boy in particular, I decided that the best will be to combine all and to make something of their own! I'm sure it will be delicious to cook and veal, and any other foot! :-) Well, what I got-see the recipe.. :)

And so, having studied a bunch of recipes and tips, I came to the conclusion that the best way not only to marinate the meat, but not to do what you're doing in most cases: to pierce the flesh and stick things! So just take a mortar and mash it all the seasonings, garlic and olive oil, and roll the paste up our leg (thigh). Frankly, I did about 6 punctures on all the meat, with the sole purpose to impregnate the meat! Nothing, except for the pasta, not stuffed) the fat on the hip are cut essentially! Wanted to have it melted itself! Then tightly wrap and put in refrigerator. I was planning 2 hours, but turned out to be 12..

Now for the broth: if I need it a bit in such situations, I take it like this! Specifically googled: in Russia they are called "soul dinner". Simply dissolve in boiling water it's jelly! Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, put the meat on the grill, the bottom, 10 inches, put the pan with wine and broth. Leave for 30 minutes.
