Cooking
Make the dough for pancakes.
In a deep bowl pour flour, add dry yeast and mix.
Separately mix the milk (room temperature), egg, sugar and salt. Whip with a whisk until smooth. Then pour the mixture into flour. And again beat with a whisk until smooth (to avoid lumps). At the end pour in vegetable oil and mix. The bowl with the dough, close with cling film and put in a warm place for 1-2 hours. During this time the dough is well rise. 1-2 times during this period, I stirred the batter with a whisk is better, but pancakes are more airy.
While the dough rises, prepare the filling. I take cottage cheese butter with no additives (salt in the filling is not added, as it is in the soft cheese, and pickles). Carrots clean, TRU and fry for 2-3 minutes in a frying pan with vegetable oil. Pickles finely cut and lightly squeeze. Olives and cherry tomatoes cut into halves. Cheese Trou on a coarse grater.
When the dough came, begin to bake pancakes (I have a diameter pancakes about 12 cm).
