Description
This is the easiest recipe of lamb in a cauldron. It seems to me very logical – simmer lamb ribs in the water, and the natural onion juice.

Cooking
Prepare lamb chops wash, dry, cut in portions.
Pour oil into the cauldron, will give him a good warm up, lower it into the boiling oil, lamb chops. In hot oil brown the ribs immediately, stir them pretty often, what would they flushed from all sides. Fry about 5-6 minutes on high heat. Add the spices - cumin and turmeric, add a little salt and mix everything. Mode onion rings or half rings. Put onions on top of meat, salt and onions on top, but not stirred. Fasten the fire under the cauldron to below medium and cover the cauldron with a lid. Cook 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes open the cauldron, added heat to just above medium and immediately begin stirring the onions and ribs. Try enough salt — if not, then doselevel. Stir another two or three minutes, until moisture is almost evaporated, and the one that remains, thickens to the consistency of the sauce.
Spread on a dish and served to the table. Bon appetit!!!
