A quick ragout of veal with rice
The recipe for this wonderful (and quick to prepare dishes, which, incidentally, is also very important, if you're Sooo much work) was found by me quite a long time in the vast expanses of the Internet on a us website. Description of the recipe, as I remember, started out like this : "quick stew - sounds like an oxymoron*, isn't it?". And is it really possible to cook a juicy and delicious dish, so that the meat was soft? something that is traditionally stewed for several hours, and sometimes days? Interested?- Welcome, try!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Veal

    700 g

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Salt

  • Broth

    100 ml

Cooking

In boiling water, put the rice Indica brown TM Mistral.

On high heat fry the mushrooms. Remove them in a separate bowl.

Veal cut into pieces approximately 1.5 x 1.5 cm and fry until Golden brown.

Put into a container of mushrooms and add salt slightly.

In the same pan fry the carrots,

And onions.

Add thinly sliced garlic.

And after a few minutes the broth. By the way, broth can be replaced by dry wine (white or red) - also not bad.

After 5 minutes add the mushrooms and veal

A couple of minutes the tomatoes peeled (or canned)

And beans. Cover with a lid.

Now we have 10-15 minutes of free time while the stew stewed. I admit, when I did the first time trying endlessly meat was soft. Believe me, it will become soft and juicy!
