From 1 lemon to remove the zest and squeeze the juice.
750 ml water to boil in a saucepan.
In the remaining 250 ml of water to dissolve the starch.
The sugar and zest, pour in the hot water. Pour the diluted starch and, stirring, bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add lemon juice.
Jelly pour into a glass and decorate with the candied lemon. I do so: pour the lemon with boiling water, cut into half rings. Then put in a glass jar in layers, sprinkling with sugar to cover. And tomorrow candied lemons are ready.
