Salad funchoza
When you visit a Chinese restaurant I always order this salad. At home cook it quite often, as the whole family and guests eat it with pleasure. For cooking you need a minimum of time, and the result will please all.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.25 plug

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Cellophane

    1 pack

  • Sesame

    2 pack

  • Olive oil

  • Soy sauce

Cooking

You will need:

Funchoza pour boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Drain the water and wash funchoza cold water.

Carrots cut into strips, if not grater, you can slice it with a knife.

Shinkuem cabbage.

Mix the cabbage and carrots.

Cucumber also cut into strips.

Stir.

Sesame fry and...

pour into ... salad.

Add funchoza.

Mix thoroughly and dressed with soy sauce with olive oil.
