Description

Vegetable muffins with almonds
A great meatless version of the cupcakes.

Ingredients

  • Water, carbonated

    250 ml

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Almonds

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Sugar, honey, vanilla sugar and 3 tbsp sparkling water to heat in a microwave oven until complete dissolution of honey and sugar (I put 2 minutes).

Then add 250 ml of soda and baking powder, stir.

After you enter the vegetable oil and the almonds.

Add flour and knead the dough. It should look like thick cream.

Spread the batter into molds and bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes in preheated oven.
