The pie with a triple-filling on the Annunciation
With the Annunciation of everyone who celebrates this wonderful holiday! Considering recently read Shmelev behind to celebrate this day without pie would not be fair. True, and fiddling with the "right" recipe there is no time - day-work. And fish pie Oh how I want the post to diversify. Had to improvise using found in the refrigerator the remains of luxury. Appetites of the family is weak, so that the pie will be quite small, and the layers of traditional pancakes padding will not.

Yeast dough, your favorite tested recipe. I did everything quickly and on the eyes. Before bed left in the bowl piece of yeast, pour warm water, Sipola a tablespoon of sugar. After dissolving the yeast (I have them stored in the freezer) added a pinch of salt and a little sunflower oil. Kneaded dough, covered with a plate and sent in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning it was perfect ^_^

Roll out the dough always lazy, so the old habit stretch it on the baking sheet (there already with parchment, poured oil and sprinkled breadcrumbs). Somewhere in the Internet saw a method of forming a beautiful top, so happily cut the edges of the strips, leaving the middle for the filling. Experience has shown that the center is better to make thicker - I was quite thin, and when cutting the pie and tries to fall apart on the bottom, soaked mushroom and fish juice.

Spread the first layer of toppings - smear a few spoonfuls of yesterday's mashed potatoes from the fridge. Mashed potatoes were without problems: potatoes, salt Yes water, separated after cooking and a glove back to adjust the consistency. Watery was out, to be honest, but for the filling fit perfectly.

Second layer - half of jars mashed separately mackerel in oil. Would have been in the fridge the other canned - would take any. But you can fresh fish, if a friend lurking somewhere in the freezer.

The third layer was washed two of chopped mushroom. Wash or wipe them from the sand before that - as more love. The mushrooms were large, so that barely fit. Slightly added some salt and pepper them.

Fold the cut strips overlap, forming a pretty leaky top. The mushrooms will be very warm, just ready. See how worked my trick with the crackers on the baking sheet? They stuck to the strips, and it turned out that the top is oiled with crackers, so nothing more needs to be done. Except to put it all in the oven.

My ancient oven has categorically refused to admit, what the temperature is. Every woman she knows best how to deal with this beast. But it was baked all exactly half an hour, and were placed in a cold oven, brought to the maximum temperature, and 10 minutes to the end temperature, I moved to minimum. Remaining on the parchment crackers from sorrow blackened, so they had modestly wrapped. But the pie while no injuries...

... and it turned out soft, rosy and juicy! Hunger stabbed her hot and quickly destroyed a few pieces, but now I see that it's better to give a little to stand up to pieces of the better preserved form. Of course, fish and mushroom pies - it's not for everybody specific products. So be guided by their own tastes, choosing the filling (the depths of the refrigerator to help you). And we need this low-budget pie very much!
