Cooking
Shrimp can be used raw or cooked and frozen. I've done both, equally delicious. With raw, of course, it turns out juicier.
Prepare marinade of lemon juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, crushed garlic
Marinate shrimp for an hour
Fry a few minutes on the coals
