Pasta with snails
Culinary poem of Italy. The most popular in Italy enjoy escargot. About them will be discussed. They are popular in many countries, but... the championship of Italy is undeniable. In Italy are very fond of snails! Indeed, in their meat a third more protein than chicken eggs, no cholesterol, but there is calcium, magnesium, iron, vitamins and biologically active substances. Found here in their inventory a jar of snails, a favorite delicacy of the Italians and not only. For the Russian people is certainly exotic and not everyone decides to buy, and even more so to eat these "vile creatures". But, believing in the word the Italians and the French -known to all gourmets, I decided to cook it and eat it. It was VERY TASTY. This is a delicacy.
