We need: buckwheat "Mistral", onion, frozen vegetables (can be any according to your taste), I have green beans, red beans, and red bell pepper, olive oil, salt, pepper, spices.

Pour in a saucepan the olive oil, finely chop the onion and fry it until Golden brown.

Add frozen vegetables and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Add buckwheat "Mistral", salt, pepper, spices, pour hot water, cover and leave on low heat until it boils away all the water.

When the buckwheat is steamed and absorbed all the water and our dish is ready! But it is better to turn off the stove and leave it to infuse for 10 minutes under the lid.
