Cupcake
I searched in the Internet a very different recipe from the Bulgarian cuisine. The recipe I found, but came across a very interesting cake recipe. At first I was intrigued by the name of cupcake, after - the manufacturer. And as it usually happens, pulled the chain: there were several cupcake recipes (and not only) with similar names and different cooking options. One of the options on the Pillsbury - Cake "Chubby nun" from the Pillsbury Zlatinka. My cupcake has become something of a cross between muffins "Hungry nun" and"Insatiable nun", because the dough I made one recipe and the frosting on the other....

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Rum

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

Cooking

Grease the form with butter or margarine. But I just posted the form with parchment paper.

Whisk the eggs well with a glass of sugar until it is completely dissolved.

Add vegetable oil, baking powder and flour, beat well.

Pour the batter into the pan .

Bake at 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes, readiness check wooden toothpick.

The cake needs to cool down. After cooling in the muffin make the holes - I used chopsticks, so the holes get more and better syrup penetrates the cake .

For the syrup-pour: Stir sugar+cocoa+vanilla, top with a Pat of butter, pour a glass of water.

Stirring, bring to a boil and until the sugar is dissolved, pour in a couple tablespoons of rum/brandy or rum essence, turn it off. Syrup needs to cool down.

Pour the cupcake syrup, preferably 2 call.

Note: the cupcake you can experiment in the dough add the chopped nuts (any type). After baking the cake instead of holes to cut the cake into diamonds and then impregnated with syrup. On top of the cake sprinkle with nuts, icing sugar or decorate with whipped with sugar protein. Options cooking cupcake in Bulgaria is much the same as its name...
