  • Carp

  • Lemon juice

1. Take a fresh carp, cleaned and cut into pieces a La carte. The head and tail is not necessary to take.

2. Put fish pieces in a deep saucepan or gravy boat.

3. Separately knead: - 2 tbsp soy sauce - 3 tbsp light beer - 0,5 tsp honey 0,5 tsp lemon juice pour the Resulting sauce carp and cook on the stovetop over high heat for 10 min.

4. Soy sauce will give the dish an appetizing Golden hue, and in combination with honey is an exotic taste! Bon appetit!!!
