Prepared by prescription from "the Book about tasty and healthy food" 1939 ed. (in later editions in the filling recommended white, fresh or pickled mushrooms) to Cook the filling. Thinly slice the onion, fry in butter in a frying pan, add a tablespoon of tomato paste, mix, remove from heat. Put the chopped egg, parsley, salt, pepper, a teaspoon of crushed crackers and mix it all. 500 g of fish to prepare a lot like meatballs. Make it a round pellet about the size of a cutlet. On one half of the tortillas to put the ball of prepared stuffing the size of a walnut, the other half to cover the ball and pinch the edges making a Crescent shape. After this relatively wet beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. For 10-15 minutes before serving relatively fry the same as chicken of fish, and to give the same garnish.
