Juicy, hearty and healthy Apple pie. In which there are apples, plums, and blackcurrant.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    150 g

  • Brown sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Apple

  • Drain

  • Black currants

  • Cinnamon

1. To prepare berries, currants defrosting, dry.

2. Apples cut into slices, plums cleaned of seeds.

3. Melt margarine, add sugar, sour cream, vanilla, eggs, flour with baking powder. Knead the dough. It is very soft.

4. The dough with your hands spread out to form, to make bumpers

5. Put plums on top of the apples and black currants. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Sprinkle the powder.
