  • Mayonnaise

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Grease the baking sheet thinly with mayonnaise or sunflower oil.

3. Potatoes thoroughly wash and dry. Cut in half, season with salt and lay skin down on a baking sheet.

4. Bacon cut into slices, not very thick, spread it on the potatoes.

5. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. 6. Get the pan, turn potato-side down and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
