Peas with bacon
Useful garnish, in a series of "quick, tasty and inexpensive..."

Ingredients

  • Green peas

    500 g

  • Bacon

    100 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cut the onion into half rings,and bacon - thick strips.

In a heated pan with oil put onions and fry until soft. Add bacon and fry a few minutes until Golden brown.

Then add the peas, cover with water and simmer 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5 minutes before the end of extinguishing add salt and pepper remove the lid and cook until ready on medium heat. All a pleasant appetite!!!
