Truffles with prunes
A classic combination - chocolate with prunes. Tart bitterness of the chocolate is made with light sour plum. Candy melt in your mouth, leaving a pleasant aftertaste!

Ingredients

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

  • Coconut shavings

Grind prunes. I was crushed not finely, because I like it when caught pieces of prunes.

Cream bring to a boil, remove from heat. Add broken into pieces chocolate and mix until a homogeneous smooth mass.

Add the prunes, stir. Leave to cool at room temperature. Then put into the fridge for a few hours.

From frozen mass roll the balls. I made them the size of a walnut. Coat them in cocoa or coconut. Put into the fridge for 10-15 minutes. Served chilled.
