Leg of rabbit roasted in a pan without oil on both sides, until Golden brown, put in a small baking pan. Three onions and carrots cut in large slices on the same pan lightly stir fry with a small amount of vegetable oil.

After 20 minutes take out from the oven, check the readiness of buyers, taste for salt, pour on chopped greens and garlic, cover again with foil, and put it in the oven for 5 minutes.
