Pie with beans and bacon
A hearty pie for lovers of baking with ketchup "Maheev" Bulgarian.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Ketchup

    1 pack

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    6 slice

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sausage

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Parmesan

    140 g

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Salt

In a food processor to chop the sifted flour and salt with the diced chilled butter. Add the egg and whisk to a homogeneous batter. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 min.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Roll the dough out into a thin layer and spread it in round low form, covering the bottom and sides. To do on the test punctures, cover with parchment, pour dry beans. Add the canned beans and tomato ketchup "Maheev", flour, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Reduce oven temperature to 160 °C.

Put the filling in the form with batter and bake for 40 mins 5 mins before the end sprinkle with grated cheese.

When serving you can decorate with greens.
