Chocolate pears

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil

  • Dark chocolate

    80 g

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Pear

    4 piece

  • Liqueur

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    60 g

  • Flour

    110 g

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.333 tsp

Cooking

For dessert you will need the smallest pear. If not, you can cut large to size. Pear clean from the skin, sprinkle with lemon juice.

To the chocolate-oil mass add flour, cinnamon and baking powder. mix well. Pour the liqueur and sunflower oil.
