Mint sea bass with mint sauce and rice (minimalist)
We all love fried fish, and appreciate its taste. I tried to dream a little, and it turned out wonderful, subtle dish. Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Fish

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Mint

    8 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Grape seed oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Corn starch

    1 tsp

1. Marinade for fish. Marinade: grind in a mortar the mint, salt (to achieve consistency of pasta), knead in a bowl the butter, soy sauce, ginger, wine and mint. Pour the mixture on fish and leave in the refrigerator for no less than two hours.

2. Fry the fish until Golden brown on both sides, cover with a lid and tormented until tender, about 10 minutes.

3. For the sauce also prepare mint paste (mint & salt). In a saucepan put the cream, mint paste and heated on a slow fire. After a couple minutes add corn starch. Gently stir the mixture to avoid lumps. The sauce is ready!
