Very simple and quick recipe.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    10 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Water

    0.5 cup

Prepare the filling. Clean the apples from the skin; one of the pans for cleaning, the other apples. Take sugar and add apples. Pour in clean water and put to boil for 10 minutes. Liquid to cool and pour in apples. Now, put on to cook for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the mass decreases, check the readiness: drips on a plate, allow to cool, if the jam does not flow - ready.

Prepare the dough. In a deep capacity pour the milk room temperature, add the yeast, egg, butter, one tablespoon sugar, a pinch of salt, flour, all mix thoroughly. The dough should be soft and elastic. Put the dough in a warm and dry place, allow to rise 60 minutes.
