Present to the chefs a slightly modified recipe of the cook maj4ik http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/124 82/. I love soups, soup zucchini never made, saw the recipe and it immediately caught my attention. Decided to cook a little differently. My soup very much.

Here such at me was the zucchini and the cheese I used.
Zucchini cut in small cubes.
Took a saucepan with a thick bottom, filled it with a tablespoon of olive oil, warmed up, I put in the zucchini, cover, and stewed until tender.
Then decided to turn the zucchini into a puree using tolkushkoy. I did not like because I left pieces.
So I shredded it all with a blender.
Then added pre-cooked chicken breast broth. The amount of broth depends on your taste. Someone who likes thicker, someone thinner. Put about 150 g cream cheese and stir cheese until it is completely dissolved in the soup. Salt. Brought everything to a boil.
Turned off the fire and into the pan put the finely chopped parsley.
