Squeeze the cabbage from the brine, if very sour, rinse.
Fish cut into small pieces. To fight off the smell of fish (like sole) soak for 15 minutes in milk. Then squeeze, mix with cabbage. You can add chopped greens.
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, eggs, baking powder and flour. The dough should be as pancakes.
Grease a baking pan, spoon to spread half of the dough, spread evenly along the bottom.
On the dough evenly put the stuffing.
Bake in preheated oven at a temperature of 180-200 35-40 minutes.
As a variant, made only with cabbage, with cabbage and sausages. Also very tasty.
