The pistachio muffins
Sponge cake with pistachios. For tea.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

  • Pistachios

  • Powdered sugar

  • Butter

Cooking

Knead the dough from flour, sugar, eggs and soda.

Grease with butter form.

In a greased form put the dough.

Bake in the oven at a temperature of 20 0 C in 35 minutes. The finished cake to grease with butter, sprinkle with pistachios and powdered sugar. Bon appetit!
