Vegetable tortilla for brine
The cake baked instead of bread for lunch. Did the dough into the brine from under the home pickled tomato. I made the dough with wheat flour and add semolina. The cake turned out very tasty, fragrant, smells like cookie monster. Suggest you try, the more remains as much of the brine from under the pickles.

Ingredients
