  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

  • Almonds

  • Cranberry

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    5 Tbsp

  • Cognac

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Sour cream mix with eggs, vanilla and regular sugar.

Then sieve the flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix thoroughly.

Then enter the butter, brandy, almonds, chopped cranberries and cococococo chips.

Pour the dough forms. Bake at 180° in the oven until dry matches. You can decorate the muffins with your favorite cream, or leave them without changes.
