  • Chicken liver

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    50 ml

Preheat a frying pan melt the butter, put the liver and fry, stirring for 3-4, a maximum of 5 minutes. Once the redness on the inside of the piece will disappear – ready. But not to overdo, because it will be harsh and dry. Add salt at the end. Optional pepper.
