Liver with pineapple
Like liver with fruit. Favorite with pineapple.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    800 g

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Liver rinse, season with salt and pepper. Pour the syrup from the pineapple from the can.

I take canned pineapple, but you can use fresh, then you will need more pineapple juice.

Give the liver to brew for at least an hour. Fry in vegetable oil odourless.

Add to the pan liquid, in which the marinated liver.

Spread on top of pineapple mugs.

Cover and simmer 15 minutes on low heat.
