Healthy and tasty Apple pie
I know that online a lot of kinds of "Apple pies". But I decided to share my favorite recipe. In this recipe there's no sign of flour! Instead I use rice flour. Rice flour gives the pie a soft and distinctive flavor. Apple pie is simple and turns out very tasty and melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Rice flour

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Soda

  • Salt

Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the whites with vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt until stable peaks. Separately beat the egg yolks with the sugar. To combine mixtures, beat well.

Add the sifted flour and cinnamon, mix well with a spatula. Add hydrated soda and stir again.

Apples my, clean from the skin and bones. Cut into slices. On the bottom of the form put our apples. (I have a form 26-28cm)

Then on top of apples evenly spread the dough. Bake in a well pre-heated oven for 30 minutes at 180*. (But depending on your oven). Allow the pie to cool and remove from forms.
