With chicken carefully remove the skin, trying never to break (a bone at the base of the legs and wings).
Meat and the breast separated from the bones, grind in a meat grinder, onions and carrots (on a grater). In minced meat add soaked in milk muffin and 2 eggs, mushrooms fried with onions, mix well, season with salt and pepper.
Stuff it with minced chicken skin, put it in the middle of two boiled eggs, sew or fasten with a toothpick cut piece (I sewed, so reliable).
Pour into pan, sprinkle with spices, add salt, coat with sunflower oil and bake in the oven until cooked.
